SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed typically 2-5 business days after the order is received. Once the order is processed, if a tracking number is available, we will send an email to the customer (if applicable).
Currently, Corinne Bizzle Art can ship in the United States and Canada only.
Shipping art is a delicate process and as a result, shipping costs may vary due to the size of the art piece. Corinne Bizzle Art will make every effort to find the most competitive rates possible at the time of shipment.
All shipments will ship standard ground. Any request for faster shipment will incur an additional cost. The customer is responsible for this additional fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. In the event of an item being damaged in transit or is incorrect, we will accept returns for an exchange for the damaged/incorrect item.
Refund and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase of the order date. Upon receipt of your communication, we will respond as promptly as we can and work through the issue with you. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will do everything we can to assure your purchase experience is the best.
Custom Commission Orders
All sales are final, no exceptions. Commission art is a unique piece of art created specifically for you. Due to this, Corinne Bizzle Art will spend a significant amount of time assuring your piece is curated to your specifications. Once you determine you want to move forward in the process, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upfront to cover costs associated with purchased materials and time spent on understanding the concept, vision, and overall size. This deposit will be applied to the final price. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commission.
