Shipping Policy

Online Shop Orders

Orders are processed typically 2-5 business days after the order is received. Once the order is processed, if a tracking number is available, we will send an email to the customer (if applicable). 

Currently, Corinne Bizzle Art can ship in the United States and Canada only. 

All shipments will ship standard ground. Any request for faster shipment will incur an additional cost. The customer is responsible for this additional fee. 

Custom Commission Orders

Shipping art is a delicate process and as a result, shipping costs may vary due to the size of the art piece. Corinne Bizzle Art will make every effort to find the most competitive rates possible at the time of shipment, but the purchaser is responsible for the shipping and handling cost. This will be included on your invoice. 

Depending on the size of the art piece, the purchaser may be responsible for procuring the pickup, shipping, and handling. Corinne Bizzle Art will address this during the planning process. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Online Shop Orders

All sales are final.  In the event of an item being damaged in transit or is incorrect, we will accept returns for an exchange for the damaged/incorrect item. 

Refund and Exchanges 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase of the order date. Upon receipt of your communication, we will respond as promptly as we can and work through the issue with you.  Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will do everything we can to assure your purchase experience is the best. 

 

Custom Commission Orders

Commission art is a unique piece of art created specifically for you.  As a result, Corinne Bizzle Art will spend a significant amount of time assuring your piece is curated to your specifications. Once you determine you want to move forward in the process, Corinne Bizzle Art will provide you with an estimated quote for the custom piece. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upfront to cover costs with understanding the concept, vision for your space, the size of the art piece and material purchased. This deposit will be applied to the final price.  The remaining balance is due upon completion.
